Using the studio

You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account, buy credits or submit a generation. Use accurate account information and keep your signed-in devices secure. You are responsible for requests made through your account and for checking that the materials you submit may be used for the requested purpose. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

The standard product is a short synthetic performance created from reference photos and a creative topic, with original generated English rap and a beat. It is not a recording of a real performance. Features not offered in the studio, including music uploads, voice cloning and full-song editing, are outside the current service.

Permission to use every face and input

Upload only photographs you have the right to use, with permission from each identifiable adult to animate their likeness and create the requested content. Owning a copy of a photo does not by itself establish the pictured person’s permission. Do not submit minors, unauthorized public figures, someone else’s private information or material that infringes another party’s rights.

You keep whatever rights you hold in your inputs. You authorize us and the generation providers to process those inputs as needed to create, deliver, secure and support your request. This permission does not give you rights to a song, trademark, photograph or likeness that you did not already have permission to use.

Original audio and limits of generation

The model creates the visuals and audio together. Your story and selected scene guide that output, but we do not guarantee exact lyrics, identity preservation, a specific voice, perfect timing or a particular audience response. The result may contain visual, vocal or factual errors. Review the entire clip with sound before you use it, and do not present synthetic footage as evidence of a real event.

No package includes a commercial music recording, a celebrity voice or a right to reproduce a particular artist’s choreography. A scene may refer to a general visual style without reproducing its associated song. Commercial use depends on your inputs, applicable rights and the generation provider’s terms; purchasing credits is not a blanket clearance of third-party rights.

One-time purchases and credit accounting

The pricing page offers three one-time packs. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A standard 10-second, 720p vertical video uses ten customer credits; these customer credits are separate from the generation supplier’s billing units. Unused purchased credits do not expire. Applicable taxes and the final payment total appear at checkout before you complete a purchase.

Credits are added after a payment is verified with the provider, rather than merely because your browser returns to the site. A delayed confirmation can leave an order pending for a while. Check your account and contact support with the order number before making another payment for the same purchase. Each order retains its price and credit snapshot even if later offers change.

Failed jobs, cancellations and refunds

Submitting a generation spends the displayed credits and creates a saved task. Once processing begins, you cannot cancel that task through the studio. A confirmed technical failure restores the credits for that attempt once. A network timeout, a slow task or an uncertain submission is not automatically a confirmed failure; the service checks the existing request to avoid creating a second charge or generation.

Credit restoration is different from a refund of the payment used to buy a pack. Contact support within seven days of purchase if you need a review of an unused purchase, and include the account email and order number. Completed generation costs and partially used packs require individual review. These support rules do not remove refund or other consumer rights that apply under local law.

A verified cash refund can remove the corresponding proportion of purchased credits. Partial refunds are calculated cumulatively so repeated notifications cannot revoke the same credits twice. If the refunded credits have already been spent, the balance may become negative and further generation will be unavailable until there are enough credits. Contact support if the account record appears incorrect.

Sharing, temporary links and availability

Reference photos and account history are private. Creating a phone-transfer link intentionally grants its holder the limited upload or download action shown in the dialog. Keep the code private, use it on a trusted device and close it when finished. Expired links require a new transfer. We cannot recall a file another person has already downloaded or copied.

Generated result links can expire, so save finished videos promptly. The service is not a permanent backup or an archival storage product. Providers, networks and maintenance can interrupt availability, and we may pause new generation when a dependency is unavailable. We do not guarantee a fixed completion time or uninterrupted access to every earlier provider-hosted file.

Acceptable use, support and changes

Do not use the service for threats, harassment, hateful content, sexual exploitation, fraud, unauthorized impersonation or material intended to deceive people about a real person’s words or behavior. Keep jokes mutual and avoid humiliating or sensitive personal claims. Follow the rules of the platforms where you post and use synthetic-media labels when those platforms require them. We may restrict requests or accounts that misuse the service.

Include the relevant order or video identifier, but do not send card security codes, passwords or private transfer tokens. We may update these terms as the product changes. Nothing on this page excludes obligations or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded; where permitted, the service is provided as available with the generation limits described above.
