Start with the number of takes you need
Starter includes twenty credits for two standard videos. It gives you room for a first idea and another take without committing to a large balance. Standard includes one hundred credits for ten standard videos, while Plus includes two hundred forty credits for twenty-four. The larger packs reduce the average price per video when every credit is used for the standard format.
That average is not a separate single-video checkout price. The amount charged is the full pack price displayed on the card, plus applicable taxes shown before payment. Choose according to the videos you actually expect to make. Buying more credits does not make a particular face, lyric or performance more predictable.
What ten credits make
One standard generation costs ten customer credits and creates a 10-second, 720p, vertical MP4. The request includes original generated English rap vocals and a beat. Solo and Duo use the same displayed standard price, whether your duo starts from two portraits or one photo together. The studio shows the cost before you submit, so you can check both the format and the balance you will spend.
These are customer credits for this website, not the generation provider’s internal currency. The underlying model and production settings are managed by the studio. You do not need to compare provider token tables or estimate how many audio units a verse might use before making a simple creative decision.
A one-time purchase really is one time
We do not enroll you in a monthly or annual plan. Your purchase does not start a trial that converts into a renewal, and there is no cancellation screen you need to find before the next billing date. Unused purchased credits do not expire, so you can return when you have another idea rather than making videos simply to use an allowance.
A credit balance is not a promise of permanent storage for the videos you create. Completed files are delivered through generation-provider links, which can expire independently of unused credits. Download each finished take promptly. Keep your own copy of anything you want to show or send again later.
From checkout to your account
Sign in with Google before purchasing so the pack can be attached to the correct account. Waffo handles the payment details. Our application stores the order reference, pack price and credit quantity, but does not keep full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Payment processing and any available local methods are shown in the hosted checkout.
After payment, your browser returns to the account page. Credits appear when the provider confirms the completed payment. A return link alone cannot grant credits. If confirmation is delayed, refresh the account status instead of paying a second time. Your payment history and credit ledger make it possible to match a purchase to the balance change.
When a generation fails
A confirmed technical failure restores the ten credits spent on that generation. That restoration applies once, even if you refresh the status several times. A task can still be pending when the connection is slow or the provider has not confirmed its outcome. In that situation, the saved request is checked again rather than immediately spending another ten credits on a new task.
An output you do not like is not automatically the same as a technical failure. AI can alter the face, wording or timing, and the studio cannot guarantee an exact creative result. Begin with clear photos and a focused topic. If a take has a specific problem, contact support with its video ID so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds, changes and choosing your first pack
A cash refund is handled separately from restored generation credits. If an unused purchase needs review, email support@airapvideoonline.com within seven days with the order number and account email. Used or partly used packs need an individual review, and applicable consumer rights still apply. A verified refund may remove the corresponding purchased credits, including creating a negative balance if those credits have already been spent.
When a future offer changes, your existing order keeps its original price and credit quantity. You can see that record in your account alongside payment and generation activity. For a first experiment, use a small pack and a story that matters to the people appearing in it. Judge the ai rap video by the finished take and whether you want to send it, rather than by a long list of settings.
