Account details and sign-in

Google sign-in supplies an account identifier, verified email address and display name. We use the Google account identifier to recognize your account; an email address alone is not proof of identity. Our application stores your basic account details in its database and uses a signed, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. Google handles its own authentication service under its policies.

You do not provide a Google password to this website. Temporary security cookies help check the sign-in response and expire after the authentication flow. Signing out clears the application’s session cookie on that browser. If you use a shared device, sign out and remove any downloaded personal media before leaving it.

Photos, creative briefs and generated files

Selecting a file creates a local preview. When you submit an upload, the photo is sent to our private Cloudflare R2 storage. We use time-limited signed links to make selected reference images accessible to SeeAPI and the model service for generation. The submitted story, performance mode and scene are also sent as part of the creative request. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.

Our database records your topic, settings, job identifier, status and result location so you can find a take and check its progress. Generated videos are delivered from the provider’s result location, which may expire. Download a finished file promptly. We do not automatically add your reference photos or generated videos to a public gallery.

The browser temporarily keeps your creative brief across sign-in and may keep a pending request, including its topic and photo references, so you can resume after buying credits or a connection interruption. You can discard a saved draft in the studio or clear your browser’s site data. Older pending drafts are discarded when the studio is next opened; signing out alone does not erase browser storage.

Phone transfers and temporary access

A phone upload or download uses a random, limited-purpose link created by the signed-in account owner. The database stores a hash of its token, its scope, expiry and the selected photo slot or video. A phone using an upload link can send one image into that owner’s slot; it cannot browse the account. A download link exposes only its selected completed video while it remains valid.

These links expire after ten minutes. Closing the desktop dialog disables the link, and a successful photo upload consumes its upload action. A link can still be used by someone who sees or receives it before expiry, so treat the QR code as private. Transfer pages are excluded from search indexing and do not load our analytics or session-recording scripts.

Purchases, credits and support records

Waffo handles checkout and payment processing. The application keeps an order identifier, selected pack, price and credit snapshot, currency, payment status, provider references and refund adjustments. Verified provider notifications update your balance and ledger. We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes in our database.

Payment and credit records may need to remain available for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support and dispute handling. If you ask for assistance, we also receive the information you choose to include in your email. Send only what is necessary to identify the problem. A request to delete an account does not necessarily require the immediate deletion of every transaction record.

Website measurement and cookies

When configured, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load directly on public marketing pages without a consent banner. They help measure visits and interactions and understand where the interface causes friction. Their services can process browser, device, approximate location and usage information, and may use cookies or similar identifiers according to provider behavior and regional settings.

We mask the studio’s personal inputs and QR dialogs from Clarity, avoid sending photos, topics and email addresses as custom analytics events, and send clean page paths to our Google Analytics configuration. Account and phone-transfer pages do not include these monitoring components. Search Console and Bing verification tags establish site ownership; they do not provide us with your Google or Microsoft account access.

Service providers, storage and retention

The service uses Cloudflare for application hosting and photo storage, Neon for the account and transaction database, Google for authentication, SeeAPI and its selected model provider for generation, and Waffo for payments. Configured measurement also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Processing can occur in countries other than the one where you live, depending on those services’ infrastructure and terms.

Reference photos, job records and financial records serve different purposes and may have different retention periods. We do not promise that every provider automatically deletes every copy on one universal schedule. Expiry of a signed link ends that link’s access; it does not itself delete the underlying photo. Contact support to request account or uploaded-material deletion, and avoid uploading sensitive documents or images in the first place.

Your choices and how to contact us

You can choose not to upload a photo, sign out, close a temporary transfer link, block measurement services through your browser tools, or ask us about access, correction and deletion of your account information. Available rights depend on the laws that apply to you. We may need to verify an account request before changing or disclosing its records. Downloaded or independently shared copies cannot be recalled by deleting a history record.

We may update this policy when the actual service changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version; material changes should be reviewed before your next upload or purchase.
